Shipping policy

Our products are made to order. We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC, except Missouri and West Virginia. Those two destinations are coming later. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or destinations outside this published coverage. Checkout shows the products, shipping charge, any applicable tax and total before you pay. We aim to review eligible paid orders for production within one business day. This is a review target, not a guaranteed production or arrival date. Production and transit take additional time. Timing depends on the product and delivery service. Products may ship separately and arrive on different days. We provide shipment tracking when it is available. If we cannot ship within the applicable time, we will give a specific revised date and offer the choice to wait or request a refund of unshipped goods. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund you. Check your delivery address before paying and contact support@spreuke.app promptly if you need a correction. For a missing delivery, we will investigate tracking and delivery details with you. If an order has not been fulfilled, cancellation and refund remedies remain available.
